‘Sicking Architecture’ is my initial idea. I had so much thoughts after holiday in my home town Hong Kong. I could see all the massive changes happening in the city. I wondered why my home was that much about shopping malls and high-rise luxurious apartments. Is it over-developed? It is just about consuming ,wealth and status. It is flourishing but it is like a malignant tumor. It is suffocating. 

I titled my project 'Bacterial Yarn And Thread' in which I looked at micro organisms and intense city views of buildings. Then, I started to make some table-size sculptures out off real decaying food which gave some motif of gems under microscope.
